Rovelynt User Guide

1. Open Rovelynt while browsing

1. Open the web page you want to research.
2. Click the Rovelynt extension icon or the floating button on the page.
3. The side panel opens next to the page so you can save content without leaving your current tab.

2. Save a page to your library

1. Use the Current page tab to check the title, source link, readable text, and estimated reading time.
2. Click Save to library to store the page in your local research library.
3. Add a category, tags, or a manual note when the extracted content needs context.

3. Capture and annotate screenshots

1. Click Screenshot and annotate to capture the visible page area.
2. Use the annotation tools to draw marks or add text labels.
3. Save the annotation. The screenshot stays attached to the current research record.

Screenshots are useful for evidence, product research, visual comparison, and remembering why a page mattered.

4. Organize saved research

• Use Library to search saved records.
• Filter by category or site.
• Use Map to browse saved research by topic.
• Open a saved record to read, edit, export, or return to the original source page.

5. Export your work

• Export a single saved record to Word when you need a readable report.
• Export library summaries to Excel when you need a structured list of saved research.
• Free users have usage limits. Rovelynt Pro is planned to unlock regular saving, screenshots, and export usage after paid checkout is finalized.

6. Privacy and support

Rovelynt V1 keeps saved pages, screenshots, notes, categories, tags, and exports in your browser. It does not upload your research library to Rovelynt servers.
