We want you to be able to evaluate Rovelynt with confidence. If the extension does not provide its advertised core functionality and our support cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
Contact Rovelynt support with the email address used for the purchase, your Creem order number, and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed through Creem. Approved refunds return access to the Free plan.
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Creem customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and Pro remains available through the paid period. Renewal refunds are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law.
Refunds may be declined for fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund requests. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
